Detailed steps to KYC verification
We require all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
This measure is crucial for our adherence to regulatory standards, established in partnership with Binance. Completing the KYC is essential not only for enhancing security but also for ensuring uninterrupted access to our platform's features.
How to complete the verification process:
1. Access Your Account KYC
Begin by clicking on the drop-down menu located at the top right corner of your screen. This menu provides access to various options. Next, click the “Settings” tab, and then click “KYC''.
2. Initiate Verification
On the KYC page, you’ll find a “Verify” button. Click on it to begin the verification process, where you’ll be redirected to a new page.
3. Prepare Your Documents
Before proceeding, make sure you have your verification documents ready. You can verify your account using any of the following:
Driver’s License
ID Card
Residence Permit
Passport
You’ll need to provide your name, date of birth, and pass a liveness check.
Tips
Check Document Validity:
Make sure your documents are valid and have not expired. The details should be clearly visible without any obstructions or glare.
Follow Instructions Carefully:
Pay close attention to the instructions provided during the KYC process. This may include specific actions for the liveness check, such as blinking, smiling, or turning your head, as well as how to capture and upload your documents. Do Not Upload Photos:
Please make sure that you are not uploading images, but instead taking them directly with the camera. This is one of the primary issues encountered during the KYC process.
Ensure Good Lighting and Quality:
When taking photos of your documents or completing the liveness check, use a well-lit environment. The images should be clear, with no blurs or reflections, to ensure all information is legible.
Double-Check Information:
Before submitting your information, double-check all entries for accuracy. Mistakes in your name, date of birth, or address can lead to delays or rejection of your KYC application.
4. Complete the Verification Process
Follow the instructions on the new page to submit your identification and complete the liveness check. Once done, your verification status will be under review, and you’ll see an estimated completion date.
5. Check Your Profile
Return to your profile where you initially saw the “Verify” button. The status of your KYC will be displayed there.
